-Through group training sessions, The Banquet Group was contracted to provide detailed service instruction to a Central NJ catering hall elevating it's ballroom procedures and standards. 

Services included service staff revaluation and training.

Ballroom Services were upgraded to fine dining status.

-The Banquet Group provided a semi-private country club with strategic General Management solutions for "brand recognize" of its  catering business. 

Services included; a strategic sales and marketing focus, employee evaluation and training, facilities management, menu customization, web updates, competitive pricing analysis and  cost reduction initiatives.

At the completion of our program the facility saw an increase of gross sales by 70% after 6 months.  Ballroom service was elevated to a heightened standard, labor costs were reduced, standard-competitive pricing was established.
